• Shop Sathi does not sell products.
• Shop Sathi does not determine product prices.
• Shop Sathi does not provide delivery services.
• Shop Sathi does not determine discounts.

3. No Customer Guarantee

Shop Sathi does not guarantee customer traffic, sales, revenue, or business growth.

4. Customer Accounts

Customers may search shops, browse products, place orders, and communicate with shopkeepers.

5. Shopkeeper Accounts

Shopkeepers are solely responsible for products, pricing, inventory, customer records, taxes, and delivery.

6. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• Add products and rates.
• Create and print item lists.
• Add customers and manage account balances.
• Lists are not permanently saved.
• Shop is not visible online.

Premium Plan

• Online shop visibility.
• Customer ordering.
• Saved lists.
• Automatic stock management.
• Customer chat.
• GST invoices and reports.
• Purchase management with bill images.
• Sales and purchase dashboard.

7. Subscription Payments

Premium plans are available on monthly and yearly subscriptions.

9. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except for duplicate billing or technical errors.

10. Feature Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all features.

14. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud.

15. Limitation of Liability

Shop Sathi shall not be liable for delivery failures, disputes, product quality issues, tax penalties, business losses, or indirect damages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months or ₹1,000 for free users.

16. Force Majeure

Shop Sathi is not responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks, internet outages, government actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
